The following general rules apply to betting and playing games on the 33kc platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, 33kc reserves the right to apply the correct odds or results.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be returned to the user's account.

Before closing an account, 33kc will send a notice to the user's registered email. Any remaining balance will be returned after full verification, unless there are grounds for forfeiture.
